Our maternity care team at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn, featuring board-certified and fellowship-trained physicians and experienced team of certified sonographers, take great care in helping women manage their health at every stage of pregnancy, childbirth, delivery, and infancy.
We specialize in the diagnosis and management of obstetric, medical, surgical, and fetal complications of pregnancy. We perform advanced pregnancy ultrasound, consultations, genetic testing and counseling, fetal testing and support for high risk pregnancies.
We provide collaborative care for women with a history of pregnancy complications, or who are at risk of complications during their current pregnancy. Our multi-disciplinary team participates in shared decision-making and engage patients in a discussion about risks versus benefits in areas such as:
- Preterm Birth
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Multiple gestations
- Abnormal placentation
- Epilepsy
- Other conditions
