Situated on a large tree-lined campus, NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi is located at 1400 Pelham Parkway South in the northeast section of the Bronx between Eastchester Road and Pelham Parkway.

Parking
There are two parking lots available for visitor use on NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi grounds.
To enter the parking lot across from Building #8 or across from Building #6, a $5 bill is required to open the automatic gate.
Parking costs $5.
By Car
From Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, or Manhattan via Brooklyn-Queens Expressway or FDR Drive to RFK Bridge to the Bronx:
Bear right for the Bruckner Expressway. At split to Sheridan Expressway, bear left to New England Thruway (I 95). Exit at Pelham Parkway West exit. Proceed on Pelham Parkway westbound driving past JMC (hospital will be visible on your left) to Williamsbridge Road. Turn left into eastbound service road. Turn right into main Jacobi entrance – drop off on right, parking on left.
From Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island via Whitestone Bridge:
Proceed to Hutchinson River Parkway to Pelham Parkway West exit.
Take Pelham Parkway westbound driving past JMC (hospital will be visible on your left) to Williamsbridge Road. Turn left into eastbound service road. Turn into main Jacobi entrance – drop off on right, parking on left.
From Brooklyn, Queens, or Long Island via Throggs Neck Bridge to New England Thruway (I 95):
Take Pelham Parkway West exit. Proceed on Pelham Parkway westbound driving past JMC (hospital will be visible on your left) to Williamsbridge Road. Turn left into eastbound service road. Turn into main Jacobi entrance – drop off on right, parking on left.
From Westchester (West side of county):
Saw Mill River Parkway to Cross County Parkway to Bronx River Parkway South. Take Pelham Parkway exit. Follow Pelham Parkway eastbound. Switch to service lanes as you approach intersection of Williamsbridge Road. Proceed through intersection and turn into main Jacobi entrance – drop off on right, parking on left.
East side of county:
Hutchinson River Parkway South to Pelham Parkway Westbound exit. Take Pelham Parkway westbound driving past JMC (hospital will be visible on your left) to Williamsbridge Road. Turn left into eastbound service road. Turn into main Jacobi entrance – drop off on right, parking on left.
From New Jersey via George Washington Bridge to Cross-Bronx Expressway:
Take exit and follow signs to Bronx River Parkway. Take Pelham Parkway exit. Follow Pelham Parkway eastbound. Switch to service lanes as you approach intersection of Williamsbridge Road. Proceed through intersection and turn into main Jacobi entrance – drop off on right, parking on left.

Subway and Bus
- No. 5 Dyre Avenue train to Pelham Parkway Station. Any eastbound Bx 12 bus directly to Medical Center.
- No. 2 White Plains Road/241st Street train. Get off at Pelham Parkway/White Plains Road Station. Any eastbound Bx 12 bus directly to Medical Center.
- IND 6th AVENUE “D” train to Fordham Road (Grand Concourse). Any eastbound Bx 12 bus directly to Medical Center.
Express Bus
MTA Bus BxM10, Eastchester/Morris Park Avenue stop. Walk through campus gate.
