The Primary Care Human Rights Clinic

The Primary Care Human Rights Clinic at Bellevue Hospital provides comprehensive, trauma informed care for immigrants who have experienced persecution and human rights abuses. We offer a stable, supportive environment where patients can continue to seek care and heal.

All patients will receive access to primary care, specialty care, behavioral health services, legal support, and social services through an interdisciplinary team approach centered on continuity, trust, and compassionate care.

The clinic is led by Dr. Masha Slavin, Medical Director, and Muhammad Idrees, Administrator, under the clinical leadership of Dr. Andrew Wallach, Chief of Ambulatory Care, and Dr. Bipin Subedi, Chief of Adult Psychiatry.
