The PQRST Committee is a permanent standing committee of NYC Health +Hospitals. This committee is developing, implementing and maintaining standards of nursing excellence, through a collaborative standardized and structured approach, grounded in the principles of the American Nurses Credentialing Center nursing excellence frameworks. The committee embraces and promotes the philosophy, vision, professional development and practice model for nursing for the health system.
