Orthopaedic Surgery

Orthopaedic Surgery is a specialty surgical service dedicated to diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of disorders to tendons, ligaments, bones, and muscles in the spine and extremities. Our Board-Eligible and Board-Certified orthopaedic surgeons are fellowship trained in subspecialty care of the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, foot & ankle, sports medicine, and trauma. Patient care is centered on returning to activity in a multi-disciplinary approach with our rehabilitation services (physical therapy) and palliative care (pain management) teams.  NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem (Harlem Hospital Center) is proud to offer a breadth of general and subspecialty care to the greater Harlem community.
