NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem Family Planning Clinic (funded by NYSDOH) provides family planning and reproductive health services to all people, regardless of income or insurance status.
The Family Planning Clinic offers telehealth video visits to increase accessibility, remove the barrier of in-person visits and increase convenience for our patients.
Family Planning Telehealth Video Visits help patients to:
- Initiate contraceptive care with consultation and counseling prior to in-person care
- Receive prescription for oral emergency contraception including Plan B and Ella
- Receive prescriptions for birth control pills, patch, ring, diaphragm, etc.
- Obtain counseling and education about all contraceptive options including non-hormonal options like natural family planning
- Receive Pre-pregnancy counseling
