Community Outreach

Thank you for your interest in having NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx at your event. Our health care professionals are committed to promoting wellness and providing access to quality health care for Bronx residents through community outreach. We aim to eradicate health inequity, promote health literacy and empower Bronx residents to become self-advocates who actively participate in their health care decisions and outcomes. Our talented health care professionals provide a variety of health screenings, workshops, virtual talks, and informational tabling while providing health education and resources to services available at our facility or another reputable health care agency. We request that you complete the below form to provide detailed information about the event so we can best support you.
