Skilled Nursing Care
NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur’s 295-bed Skilled Nursing Facility provides high quality short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services in a warm and comfortable setting. Our dedicated medical teams deliver around-the-clock care to facilitate each patient’s healing and recovery as quickly as possible.
