*Carter offers den-style Dialysis for residents in need of onsite hemodialysis. Onsite treatment will reduce infection risk since residents don’t have to leave the facility. Each patient will receive dialysis from Monday – Friday and will have a uniquely assigned dialysis machine for their exclusive use.
Families are encouraged to participate in developing care plans and attend planning meetings where they can get to know the health care professionals who are directly involved in the care of their loved one.
