Jessica Laboy
Jessica Laboy is the Chief Administrative Officer/Assistant Vice President for NYC Health + Hospitals/Correctional Health Services. Jessica oversees information technology, human resource management, labor and affiliate relations, credentialing and background administration, payroll and timekeeping, and occupational health administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from CUNY/John Jay College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Monroe College.
