Statement on National Cyber Incident

NYC Health + Hospitals is currently experiencing telephone and call center difficulties as a result of a national cybersecurity threat affecting our vendor Change Healthcare.

This has impacted incoming calls to our main contact numbers such as 844-NYC-4NYC (844-692-4692) and 646-NYC-CARE (646-692-2273). Both numbers now have temporary reduced hours of operation from 8:30 A.M. – 6 P.M. daily.

The protection of your health information and maintaining confidentiality are a top priority for us. We are working hard to resolve the issues and get call agents back online.
