Jessica Pohlman is the Director of Operations at The Simulation Center. She is clinically trained as a paramedic and has been involved in healthcare simulation for the last 14 years. She is thrilled that simulation is taking a more prominent role in healthcare and is improving patient care and patient safety. Jessica holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Marist College and a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education with a specialization in Professional Leadership Inquiry and Transformation, also though Concordia University. She works clinically as a paramedic in the State of New Jersey.
