U.S. News Ranks NYC Health + Hospitals’ Acute Care Sites as ‘High-Performing’ Across Specialties
Each of the health care system’s 11 public hospitals are considered among the best in the nation for treating Congestive Heart Failure; Hospitals also ranked high-performing in other clinical areas Recognition builds on NYC Health + Hospitals’ commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive health care to all New Yorkers

NYC Health + Hospitals today announced that its 11 public hospitals are each ranked as “high-performing” in at least one category by U.S. News & World Report in their 2022-23 Best Hospitals rankings. The annual report helps guide patients, in consultation with their doctors, to the right hospital when they need care. U.S. News Best Hospitals ranked hospitals in the U.S. in 15 adult specialties, as well as recognized hospitals by state, metro, and regional areas for their work in 20 more widely performed procedures and conditions.
