“I’m honored to be among those recognized for their work by Becker’s Hospital Review,” said Samms. “I’m proud to utilize my financial skills to help advance the mission of NYC Health + Hospitals, and I’m privileged to work with the support of skilled and motivated colleagues who share my dedication to the system’s goal of helping all New Yorkers live their healthiest lives.”
“Caswell is a results driven leader. As CFO, he instituted various internal controls and operational improvements within his division to well position NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem to meet health care’s ever changing fiscal environment. He is an invaluable member of my executive team,” said Eboné Carrington, Chief Executive Officer, NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.
