CPT: 71271 (Low-dose CT Scan of the lungs for Lung Cancer Screening).
*NOTE* This code can ONLY be used once every 12 months
CMS requires that one of the following diagnosis codes be on the order as the primary diagnosis.
Z87.891: Personal history of nicotine dependence
F17.20: Smoker
Z12.2: Screening for malignant neoplasm of respiratory organs
