Lewis Marshall, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Marshall received his medical degree from Howard University School of Medicine, as well as a Master of Science from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine as well as Disaster Medicine, Legal Medicine, and Internal Medicine — specialties that are more relevant today than ever before. He has spent his career caring for New Yorkers. After periods at hospitals in Brooklyn and Queens, he spent fifteen years at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, first serving as the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine and then of the Department of Ambulatory Care and Community Services. Most recently, Dr. Marshall served as the Medical Director of New York University’s Student Health Center for nearly 60,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
