Please note that based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), New York City ended its universal contact tracing program April 30, 2022. The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will continue to perform case investigation and contact tracing for COVID-19 in specific settings and groups at increased risk.

Long COVID
If you had COVID-19 and are experiencing new, returning or ongoing symptoms 30 days after your COVID infection, you may have Long COVID. NYC Test & Treat Corps’ AfterCare program supports New Yorkers with Long COVID in their recovery.
