Dr. Laura Guerra joined NYC Test & Trace Corps in May 2020 and most recently served as Special Settings Investigation Lead, where she was responsible for overseeing the Healthcare Facility Notifications and Out of Jurisdiction Teams. Prior to joining Trace, Dr. Guerra was a consultant providing strategic planning and evaluation services to clients such as the NYC DOHMH, New York State, and several New York state school districts. Dr. Guerra received her Doctorate in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and also holds Master of Science degrees in Applied Statistics, and Nutrition and Public Health from Columbia University. In addition, Dr. Guerra holds a Masters in International Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
