Become a Clinical Leadership Fellow

Brittany L. Vanderhall, DO

Brittany L. Vanderhall, DO is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Quality & Safety. She will conduct her clinical practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Prior to fellowship, Dr. Vanderhall completed her Emergency Medicine Residency at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident during her final year.

Dr. Vanderhall earned her MS and DO degrees at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, and her BS at Binghamton University SUNY in Integrative Neuroscience.

Sneha Panganamamula, MD

Sneha Panganamamula, MD is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health. She will conduct her clinical practice as a primary care provider at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Gouverneur. She completed her residency in internal medicine at NYU and NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in the primary care track. Prior to fellowship, Dr. Panganamamula participated in research studies on addressing social determinants of health, worked on projects to better meet the needs of immigrant patient populations, and spent clinical time at Bellevue’s Safety Net Clinic and SHOW Van to provide care to patients experiencing homelessness.

Dr. Panganamamula earned her medical degree at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and received her BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from University of California, Berkley.

Diandra Wong, MD

Diandra Wong, MD is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health. She will conduct her clinical practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. Dr. Wong completed her emergency medicine residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital. During residency, during which she volunteered at the Libertas Center for Human Rights at Elmhurst Hospital. She also served as one of the section leaders for the department’s clinical quality reviews. Her clinical, research and advocacy interests are focused on improving outcomes for diverse populations with a strong focus on the underserved populations.

Dr. Wong received her MD from SUNY Downstate University of Health Sciences and her BA in History from Dartmouth College.

Michael Musharbash, MD

Michael Musharbash, MD is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Managed Care & Patient Growth. He will conduct his clinical practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst. Dr. Musharbash completed his residency in emergency medicine at NYU/Bellevue. Prior to fellowship, he developed protocols for evaluating patients with Mpox in the emergency departments at NYU Langone and NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. He also led the evaluation of a program to initiate HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis via telemedicine. Prior to residency, he was an Albert Schweitzer Fellow at the Center on Halsted, an LGBTQ community center in Chicago. He became interested in the intersection of medicine and public health through field experiences in Kenya, Ecuador, and Mexico, and is passionate about working towards a more fair, effective, and resilient healthcare system.

Dr. Musharbash earned his medical degree from Northwestern and undergraduate degree from Harvard.

Alec Feuerbach, MD

Alec Feuerbach, MD is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Quality and Safety. He will conduct his clinical practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull. Dr. Feuerbach completed his residency in emergency medicine at SUNY Downstate and NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. He is passionate about enhancing health care delivery and access for vulnerable populations. His work has focused on improving the treatment of patients with addiction in the emergency room, increasing support for patients experiencing homelessness, and advocating for health care access for immigrant populations and the uninsured.

Dr. Feuerbach earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and his BA in Spanish Language and Literature and BS in Biochemistry from the University of Denver.

Joya Dupre, MD

Joya Dupre, MD is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Medical & Professional Affairs. She will conduct her clinical practice as a hospitalist at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. Dr. Dupre completed her residency in internal medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where she served as junior chief resident and was a member of the Healthcare Administration Scholars Program. She participated in quality improvement projects related to hospital discharge, medication reconciliation during hospitalization, ambulatory care clinic continuity, and reduction in unnecessary testing and monitoring during hospital admission. Outside of residency, she was a member of the hospital’s “Green Team,” organized to implement initiatives and raise awareness of sustainability practices within the hospital.

Dr. Dupre earned her MD from American University of Antigua and her BS in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from Howard University.

Katherine Bruce, DO

Katherine Bruce, DO is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospital Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Medical & Professional Affairs. She will conduct her clinical practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens. Dr. Bruce completed her Emergency Medicine Residency at NYMC-Metropolitan/Harlem. During residency, Dr. Bruce served as resident director of the Operations Scholarly Track. She was also a member of the HHC Healthcare Administration Scholars Program (HASP). Dr. Bruce was involved in multiple quality improvement projects including the 72-hour ED bounce back case examination and a sepsis recognition & treatment initiation project. She also served as Met-Harlem’s program delegate for the AAEM Resident & Student Association from 2022-2024.

Dr. Bruce completed her medical training at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York. She received her BA in Psychology at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Amara L. Davidson, MD

Amara L. Davidson, MD is a 2024-2025 NYC Health + Hospitals Clinical Leadership Fellow in the Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health. She will conduct her clinical practice at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Dr. Davidson completed her Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatric residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. During this time, she participated in the Healthcare Leadership Track. In residency, she held a national position of Director of DEI in the National Med-Peds Residents’ Association (NMPRA), working with her colleagues to increase the number of underrepresented minorities in Med-Peds. Her commitment to clinical excellence and community service was recently recognized with induction into the Lambda Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, at Mount Sinai.

She is a native New Yorker who received her undergraduate degree in International Studies and Economics from the University of Miami. This is also where she joined the sisterhood of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Dr. Davidson obtained her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, becoming the third generation in her family to do so. She earned her BS in International Studies and Economics from University of Miami.
