“We will not allow today’s unfortunate Supreme Court decision in the case of Janus v. AFSCME Council 31 to weaken the vital and effective collaborations we have with our labor partners. We expect labor organizations to continue to remain a force in working together with us to improve care to our patients, build a supportive workplace for our employees and shape our shared vision for a stronger, more resilient public health care system that will serve many more generations of New Yorkers.”
