Welcome CHNAdvantage Users,
At Queens Health Network, we
appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your patients. To further improve the
referral process at our hospitals, we are planning on upgrading from
CHNAdvantage to HHCAdvantage on August 26th, 2009. In support of this
upgrade, please note the following:
- All electronic referrals will go through HHC Advantage
beginning on Monday, August 31st at which time, all online
referrals will be available via HHCAdvantage only.
- To support this transition, CHNAdvantage will be unavailable
from the night of Wednesday, August 26th, through Sunday, August
30th. During this time, you may send URGENT referrals to us using
FAX (EHC at 718-334-1866 or QHC at 718-883-6252) on these dates. For
non-urgent referrals we request that you hold on to them until Monday, August
31st.
- Please note that your CHNAdvantage patient and historical data
will automatically be migrated to HHCAdvantage (no action is required on your
part to transfer this data).
- On Monday, August 31st you will be able to log in at
www.hhcadvantage.orgusing your current username
and password to get into the system. You will be required to create a new
password upon login.
This area of the HHC Connectx website is designed to provide you
with the tools and information you want to know before CHNAdvantage switches over
to the new HHCAdvantage version.
