The Primary Care Practice is an integral part of our Ambulatory Care services. Our Primary Care providers see over 52,000 patients annually.
We deliver the highest quality of medical care to Brooklyn’s diverse population. We offer preventive medical services, geriatric care and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Additionally, we offer routine screening for sexually transmitted infections including HIV testing.
When a specialist is needed, your provider can refer you to medical and surgical specialists right here at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island or one of our nearby health care sites.
